New construction, from the air to the front door: an AI-made clip for a home-improvement site I run.

A clip on a web page has to look right, load fast and stay out of the way. This page shows mine: AI-made clips for a home-improvement site I run, AI video loops for a med spa's site my agency built, and reels for my agency drawn frame by frame in code, each encoded for the page it plays on.

Clips for a site I run

I run permitmatching.com, a site for homeowners planning a build, a remodel or an addition. Its service pages each open on a short AI-made clip of the work they are about, made in Google's Veo.

I encoded each for the web, with no sound and under the site's size cap, and cut the renovation page's clip from the interior of the new-construction clip. Each poster frame comes from the finished clip, never its first frame.

On its pages, the poster shows first and the clip fades in once it is playing. Clips further down wait until they scroll into view and pause when they leave it, and a visitor who asks for less motion gets the poster alone: the clip never loads.

Loops for a med spa's site

Luxaura is a med spa; my agency built its site, which is launching soon. On the site, the spa's rooms move: AI video loops made in Google's Flow, each from a still made there first and approved against the site's picture style guide.

Reels drawn in code

My agency's reels come from its own canvas reel engine, which draws every frame in code.
