What I do

What I build, and the work that proves it.

I design, ship and run live business systems end to end. Under each line of work below is the project on this site that proves it.

SEO

SEO is the work of building a site that search engines can crawl, understand and rank. On the agency's site I put the groundwork in from the first page: a sitemap that carries each page's real update date, structured data on every page, and internal links checked so every page is linked from another.

It has run a blog since Sep 2026 (22 posts), each drafted, fact-checked in a separate pass and pushed to search engines through IndexNow, and it is verified in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

GEO

GEO, generative engine optimization, is getting AI answer engines to cite a site when someone asks them a question. Nobody controls what they cite, so the work is making a site worth quoting, then measuring whether it gets quoted.

On the agency's site, every service, industry and guide page opens with a direct answer that stands on its own, public data on it links to a dated source, and a single description of the business stays the same on every page and in the structured data.

Each week the agency asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Mode a set of questions and logs who they cite; the full set of 38 prompts on 5 AI platforms first ran at the start of November. It also publishes open-data studies of the websites of 57 med spas and 376 restaurants, built to be cited.

AEO

AEO, answer engine optimization, is the part those engines read: questions put the way people ask them, answers short enough to quote whole, and structured data that says what each page is and who stands behind it.

On the agency's site each service, industry and guide page carries its own questions and answers, the same words on the page and in its FAQPage data, and an llms.txt file hands AI crawlers the site's words.

The med spa's site, built and launching soon, carries the same layer across 78 pages: JSON-LD schema, llms.txt and IndexNow. This page has it too: the questions at its end are marked up as an FAQ.

Voice AI

Phone lines answered by an AI assistant. On the agency's line it answers around the clock, screens the caller and, in posted hours, puts a qualified caller through live; it can also book a discovery call, take a callback or tell a client where their project stands.

Every call lands in the CRM with a summary, the transcript and the facts the AI heard, each with the quote it rests on. Test calls are graded against a written rubric, check by check: 11 of 11 scripted calls on the live line, then 15 of 15 on a later script; the later scripts have not passed in full: 14 of 18, then 16 of 21.

At BuildSource, an AI receptionist answers the public line first. The office seats dial from a browser softphone, and the system manages caller ID like a reputation: daily carrier-label sweeps, warm-up ramps for new numbers and a dial ceiling on every seat.

CRMs

I build the system a business runs on, shaped to how it works, with its phone and its data in the same place.

BuildSource runs on a single database of 173 tables that carries the lead lists, the calling floor, booking, a contractor portal and Stripe billing; each company on the portal has its own login. AI call scoring grades calls against a written rubric, and the grades turn into weekly coaching reports.

I also built the agency's own CRM, and a CRM for a surplus-goods deal desk, its web app live since Jul 2026. A wholesale bakery runs its ordering, production and invoicing on a system we delivered, in use by its real customers since Sep 2026.

Data

I build scrapers and pipelines that pull public records into a database, then rank what is worth a call.

The fleet behind BuildSource has 218 scrapers enabled across 29 protocols, SSO-gated portals included, with 4,298 tests. A lead radar sweeps active leads for project-stage changes and owner-portfolio signals, then ranks a call sheet.

Phone numbers below the top data score get a live-line check before they reach a calling list; its vendor won a bake-off with 13.5% dead numbers caught, 0.0% false positives.

AI video

Looping AI video and stills for websites. The med spa's site, launching soon, carries a set made for its pages, and a homeowners' site I run carries AI-made motion clips on its service pages.

The portrait on my home page is AI video too: an AI-made portrait of me, animated into a loop.

The reels are drawn in code: a canvas reel engine with 20 scene types makes every frame and the soundtrack (8 rendered reels).

Questions people ask

What kind of business do you build for?
Small businesses, through my agency, Your Wish Is Our Code, and my own companies. The agency's first client is a wholesale bakery that runs its ordering on a system we delivered, used by its real customers since Sep 2026.
Can you promise my business a top spot in Google or in AI answers?
No. The engines decide what they rank and what they cite. I make a site easy to crawl, read and quote, then measure what they do with it, the way the agency tracks its own site every week.
Have you set up an AI phone line for a client?
Not yet. The AI lines running today answer my own companies' phones: the agency's and BuildSource's.
What happens when a caller needs a person?
On the agency's line, the AI screens the caller and, in posted hours, puts a qualified caller through live. It can also book a discovery call or take a callback, and every call lands in the CRM with a summary and the transcript.
How do you make sure what you build works?
Each build phase starts from a written plan of its scope, its parts and the checks that prove it. Each part gets an independent review as it lands, then a final pass over the whole phase, and a phase merges only after its full test suite passes.
Is the video on your sites made with AI?
The looping clips on the med spa's site, launching soon, and on the home-improvement site I run are, and so is the portrait on my home page. The screen tours are recordings of the software itself, on demo and synthetic data, and the reels are drawn in code by a reel engine.
Are you authorized to work in the U.S.?
Yes, I'm authorized to work in the U.S. I don't need sponsorship.
Do you work remotely?
Yes: fully remote, in the U.S. I'd consider occasional travel to other states, nothing heavy.
