I founded BuildSource, a California home-improvement lead business, and shipped the system it runs on: the CRM its callers worked their leads in, a browser softphone, an AI receptionist on the public line, and the portal, booking and billing for the contractor companies it serves.
I also founded Your Wish Is Our Code, an agency that builds websites, apps, CRMs and automations for small businesses. It runs on a CRM and an AI phone line I built. Its first client is a wholesale bakery whose ordering, production and invoicing system has been in use by its real customers since Sep 2026.
AI front desk and agency CRM
An AI receptionist answers the agency's phone around the clock, screens the caller and, in posted hours, puts a qualified caller through live. Each call lands in the CRM with a summary, the transcript and each fact the AI pulled out, with the quote it rests on.
The CRM around it runs the agency: deals on a board, signed papers, projects with their build logs, invoices, and a portal where each client signs in.

Deal-desk CRM
The CRM behind a closeout and surplus-goods deal desk: buyers, sellers and lots together, with a consent registry. Its WhatsApp intake is built and waits for go-live.
